Will Stout is the founder and president of Realmark Development.  Before coming to Florida, he owned Buckhead Brokers, the largest Real Estate firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and was the largest developer of condominiums in the Southeast.  After selling his company, he moved to Southwest Florida to retire.  But living in the fastest growing area in the state, Stout could not stay still for long.  Surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico’s sparkling water and thousands of acres of undeveloped land, he saw an opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream.

“When I was a boy racing a Flying Dutchman in Annapolis, our family would live aboard Dad’s Tartan 34’ every weekend.  I loved everything about it, and it was during those outings that my passion for boating was born,” said Stout.  “It became my dream to build marina communities where families and couples could share that same experience, enjoy the water and connect with each other and with nature.”
